Past edition: Peam2003

The Peam is an international festival of contemporary electronic-based art, coordinated in Pescara City (centre-east of Italy) and organised by artificialia, conceived as a meeting point for those artists (musician, visual arts, dance, theater, sculpture and so on) that operates in a electronic contest or make use of electronics as mean to create their art.

The term "Meeting" well depicts the spirit of the event, meant to be aggregative, non-competitive and includes workshops and interviews. Indeed, artificialia (and as a consequence Peam) has been created to promote and protect electronic arts in Italy throughout artistic comparison and international collaborations.

This year, Peam2004will be held on the 8th of May and from the 19^th to the 23^rd of May 2004, in Cittą S.Angelo and Pescara, respectively. In the late evening of May 8, there will be the opening of a multimedia exhibition at the Museo Laboratorio with a performance in the "chiostro" of the ancient building. Later on, at night, a Djset will follow in Ecoteca. From 19^th to the 23^rd of May, the meeting days, concerts, performances, video projections, websites and software art presentation, workshops and much more.
