Pescara Electronic Artists Meeting
The P.E.A.M. (Pescara Electronic Artists Meeting) is an international festival of contemporary electronic-based art, coordinated in Pescara City (centre-east of Italy) and organised by artificialia.
The meeting has born with the exact intent of divulgating electronic art by eliciting the meeting and the cooperation between electronic artists from different research fields (audio, video, software, net, a.i., web, ecc). The P.E.A.M. doesn't assigns no prizes and is not a competition because it believes in a different spirit, the comparative one, to motivate the event and to keep it alive
As a communicational and debate "locus", the P.E.A.M. tries to evolve a general feeling of uninterested exchange. It organises interviews and workshops involving, besides artists, activists of the national and international scenario that deals with conteporary artstic languages.
